Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders ship within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most packages arrive within 3–7 business days.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of personal safety products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Is pepper spray legal in my state?

Laws vary by state. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your area before purchasing. We recommend checking local regulations before ordering.

Are your stun guns rechargeable?

Yes! Our stun guns come with a built-in rechargeable battery and charging cable.

What comes in a keychain bundle?

Each bundle is different, but most include: wristlet, pom pom, personal alarm, whistle, pepper spray, kubotan, flashlight or stun gun, and more. Visit each product page for exact details.

Pretty Savage Defense is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked "delivered." If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
